Clear expectations before you order

Product condition and availability

Used and collectible items can show age, shelf wear, or other individual characteristics. Review the listing title, condition, photographs, price, and included parts before checkout. Inventory may also be offered on marketplaces; if the same one-of-a-kind item sells elsewhere first, we will cancel and refund an unavailable order.

Shipping and fulfillment

Shipping charges are displayed in the cart. Owned inventory and supplier-fulfilled products may ship separately. Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier or fulfillment partner. Buyers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and reviewing packages promptly after delivery.

Returns and order problems

Contact used2playgames@gmail.com promptly if an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description. Include the order reference and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Eligibility and instructions depend on the item, transaction channel, condition, and applicable marketplace or payment-provider rules. Do not return an item without receiving instructions.

Payments

Checkout is processed by PayPal. Used 2 Play Games does not receive or store your full payment-card number. PayPal’s terms and privacy practices apply to its payment service.

Privacy

We use information needed to operate the storefront, respond to messages, process orders, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. This can include contact details, order information, shipping information, correspondence, and basic site activity. Payment information is handled by the payment provider.

We do not sell customer order information. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide hosting, analytics, advertising, payment, shipping, security, or fulfillment services.
